321 Photo Booth, LLC

1. Deposit and Payment

a) A 50% deposit is required to secure an event date. This deposit is non-refundable.
b) The balance is due one week prior to the event.
c) All invoices include a 3.5% processing fee, payable by the client.
d) Additional payment fees incurred will be added to the client’s invoice and are also payable by the client.
e) Checks are only accepted from government entities, which must pay in full at the time of reservation.
f) A $50.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks.

 

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

a) Cancellations more than two months prior to the event date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit only.
b) Cancellations within two months of the event date will require payment of the full invoice amount.
c) Rescheduling an event will incur a fee of 25% of the total invoice amount. Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours before the event date.
d) In the event of a government shutdown or lockdown, the client may reschedule at no additional cost on an available date.

 

3. Service Delivery

a) 321 Photo Booth, LLC will arrive at least one hour early to set up the photo booth, as agreed upon in the service contract. However, 321 Photo Booth, LLC is not liable for delays caused by venue management or any other third-party actions that impact the agreed setup time.
b) If 321 Photo Booth, LLC fails to deliver the contracted services, all payments made towards these services will be refunded.
c) In the event services start late, the client will receive a discount for the missed time or may extend the event duration.

 

4. Overtime and Additional Charges

a) Overtime must be agreed upon in advance, including terms and pricing, before services are extended.
b) Parking fees are included in the price of the services provided.

 

5. Venue and Equipment

a) The client is responsible for providing an appropriate space for the photo booth, including a reliable power source (110V, 10 amps, 3 prong outlet) within 50 feet of the setup area. The space must be at least 8′ x 8′ x 8′ and have a solid floor.
b) The client is responsible for any delays in performance or damage to the photo booth equipment due to inadequate power supply or other venue conditions.
c) The client will provide crowd control if necessary and ensure safe and appropriate working conditions for 321 Photo Booth, LLC.

 

6. Liability for Equipment and Conduct

a) The client is liable for any damage or loss to the provider’s equipment caused by misuse, theft, or inappropriate behavior by guests.
b) 321 Photo Booth, LLC reserves the right to decline service to anyone engaging in misuse, inappropriate behavior, or attempting to take inappropriate photos.
c) 321 Photo Booth, LLC retains the rights to all original photos taken at the event.
